Eric Skopal, based in Sweden, joined ERA Group after a successful career in chemical engineering and technical sales. Having spent many years working closely with clients, developing business opportunities, and operating within large corporate environments, he was attracted to the idea of running his own business while maintaining the structure and support of an established organisation.

The transition from corporate life to entrepreneurship represented a significant change. This focused approach quickly delivered results, enabling him to secure three clients within his first few months in the business.

Looking ahead, Eric sees exciting opportunities to continue growing his practice. He is considering how best to balance business development activities with project management responsibilities, while continuing to build long-term client relationships and deliver value through the ERA Group model.

He also appreciates the collaborative nature of the network, where independent consultants work together to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions for clients. This balance of autonomy and teamwork has been an important part of his positive experience so far.
